The Palm Descender is still a great choice of shoe for all paddling activities. It is very lightweight, and flexible and has a good stiff sole with enough protection to look after you on rugged terrain. The Descender shoe has a GlideSkin O-ring ankle gasket which helps keep water and debris out. It is lined with Quick Dry thermal lining, keeping your feet warm. The Descender has Bridge and heel stabilising straps for a secure fit, and it is completed with a glued and blind stitched construction.
